Soprano Alyona Rostovskaya has been an ensemble member at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg since the 2021-2022 season. Since her participation in the Salzburg Festival’s Young Singers Project, she has performed in German-speaking countries as Rusalka, Mimì, Tatjana, Cunning Little Vixen and Governess (“The Turn of the Screw”), among others. After her studies at the Gnessin Academy, she made her debut in Moscow in roles such as Tatyana, “Figaro” Countess, Pamina and Iolanta. In concert she has performed with Theodor Currentzis and the SWR Symphony Orchestra, among others.
